meta-facebook: Add retry mechanism for bind_i2c_device function
Introduce a retry mechanism in the bind_i2c_device function to ensure
the I2C device driver binds successfully. This helps mitigate transient
failures that may occur during the initial binding attempt, improving
overall system stability.
