* bmc_reset: if BMC init fails reset the TIP.
* reinitialized the SPI in case Linux changed settings of flash.
* update reset indication: bug fix handle only in PORST.
* print reset type in bmc reset too.
* in secondary reset clear RESSR and TIP_SCR1 and update INTCR2
to show only latest reset.
