meta-qualcomm/conf: Update BB_DISKMON_DIRS use
ABORT is deprecated and it needs to be replaced with HALT in
BB_DISKMON_DIRS action entries.
Tested: This warning message was removed.
WARNING: The BB_DISKMON_DIRS "ABORT" action has been renamed to "HALT", update configuration
