meta-ampere: mtmitchell: ipmid: add dcmi sensor configuration
Add dcmi_sensors.json to support the IPMI dcmi sensors command.
Tested:
1. Request list out the dcmi sensors
ipmitool dcmi sensors
2. 3 groups of sensors are dislayed (inlet, basebord, CPIU).
