Workaround boost 1.87
For whatever reason, bjam decided that it needed to start installing
libboost-system, despite it not being required when using
BOOST_SYSTEM_NO_DEPRECATED which all openbmc apps should be setting.
Ignore that file temporarily, and clean up the other dependencies that
now seem to be installed properly.
