meta-facebook: catalina: Add Virtual Sensor for Max VR Temperature
Introduce the `PDB_MAX_VR_TEMP_C` virtual sensor to monitor and
display the highest VR die temperature in real time. This enhancement
ensures accurate temperature tracking across all PDB board variants.
