meta-nuvoton: npcm8xx-bootblock: add external flags for customization
Add external flags for customers to enable or disable certain features.
Thus, we need to provide this option for them to customize bootblock.
Tested:
For example, set OPTIONAL_FLAGS = "-D_SORT_" to enable the filtering
of margin memory case that depend on customer's board process.
Then customer can perform some tests on their manufacturing side.
