meta-facebook: harma: automatic poweron
We can't use standby power lose to trigger auto power-on in DVT2,
because the DVT2 power rail change leads to the MB CPLD always
having standby power. Therefore, we need to use SGPIO bit 22 to
implement automatic power-on during a CMM DC cycle or leakage recovery
in DVT2. Additionally, we need to add a workaround to prevent SGPIO bit 22
from being triggered in DVT1, which could cause DVT1 power status failures.
