meta-facebook: add serial-getty drop-in to set baudrate
Add a systemd drop-in for serial-getty@.service to configure
the serial console baudrate via stty before agetty starts.
The new drop-in file is installed into:
${systemd_system_unitdir}/serial-getty@.service.d/serial-getty@.conf
This ensures that serial-getty instances (e.g. ttyS3) will
have the correct baudrate (57600) applied consistently
during boot.
