meta-ibm: Enable pldm flight recorder by default
Flight recorder is disabled by default[1] as it comes with a performance
cost, especially when dealing with large messages (140+ MB) from
firmware update specification.
Since IBM does not use the PLDM firmware spec, its safe to enable the
flight recorder as it gives valuable debug information when there are
communication problems.
