meta-facebook: limit console log level to warning

Frequent kernel message printing over the console can lead to SMBus
timeouts on the BMC. This occurs because the UART interrupt has higher
priority than I2C, and excessive console output can delay I2C
transactions.

During the early init, set the printk level to 4 (warning) so that
higher (less severe) messages do not end up on the serial console.

This method is chosen rather than setting a kernel config option such
as `CONFIG_CONSOLE_LOGLEVEL_DEFAULT` because it allows early kernel
messages to still be chattier, yielding interesting debug information
such as which drivers were loaded based on DTS settings.
