meta-google: gbmc-bridge: Don't emit DHCP status at start
Since we now have 2 DHCP processes in some instances, we shouldn't be
writing to the status file unless we are holding the lock. Our DHCP done
process now emits a log message at startup, so we don't need to do that
here.
