meta-quanta: meta-runbmc-nuvoton: linux: update kernel configuration
Update runbmc-nuvoton.cfg support below features
1. Enable PECI read CPU and DIMM tempature
2. Enable i2c slave mqueue for ipmb communication
3. Eanble UDC
