meta-inspur: fp5280g2: Rename mctp package to libmctp
Since the upstream has renamed the mctp package name (debf2b5),
it will fail when building fp5280g2.
Synchronously update the mctp package name of fp5280g2.
Tested: built fp5280g2 image successfully.
