meta-ibm: witherspoon: remove legacy sync configs
The sync_inventory_item.py script has been replaced by
first-boot-set-mac.sh. first-boot-set-mac.sh doesn't sync any uuids but
that feature is not required on witherspoon anyway. Remove the config
files for sync_inventory_item.py.
