Poky has been deprecated and instead we are expected to have individual
layers. Move the bitbake tree to a separate upstream-layers directory
in preparation for this.
Add a few entries to the .gitignore to handle this move (which came
from the openembedded-core .gitignore).

As part of the move to subtrees, need to bring all the import layers
content to the top level.

We are going to import additional layers, so create a subdir to
hold all of the layers that we import with git-subtree.
