meta-nvidia: nvl32-obmc: switch to msx4 u-boot dts
Switch UBOOT_DEVICETREE to ast2600-msx4-bmc-nvidia now that
openbmc/u-boot SRCREV includes Marc Olberding's v4 msx4 dts and
FMC_WDT2 driver support, and clean up nvl32-obmc.cfg overrides
that are now redundant or invalid:
- mw 0x1e620064 0x0 BOOTCOMMAND workaround: FMC_WDT2 disable is
handled by the SPI driver via aspeed,abr-watchdog-disable in
the msx4 dts.
- CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET / CONFIG_ENV_SIZE: already set by
meta-aspeed's u-boot_flash_128M.cfg (auto-included via
FLASH_SIZE=131072).
- CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_SPI_BUS: not a valid Kconfig key (no-op);
ast2600_openbmc_spl_defconfig already sets
CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH=y.
