meta-facebook: santabarbara: get MMC versions on version-ready signal
Monitor the I3C alert GPIO as the version-ready signal and trigger the
get-mmc-lastest-version service when the GPIO is asserted
This allows the boot versions to be updated after the MMC firmware version
information is ready
Test on the santabarbara platform with 1 pcs ASIC
