meta-facebook: sanmiguel: optimize obmc-console logs configuration
We observed occasional data loss in obmc-console logs. SanMiguel currently writes console output to both the standard logfile and the timestamped logfile, generating excessive flash I/O. Under heavy UART traffic, the system may not process incoming data quickly enough, resulting in dropped log data. Remove the redundant logfile configuration from VSER consoles (VSER0-VSER13, VSER16-VSER30, and host0) and retain only the timestamped log. This eliminates duplicate log files and reduces flash I/O overhead. For raw console streams (VSER15 and VSER31), remove the timestamped log configuration and retain only the standard logfile for debugging purposes. Also increase the raw logfile size limit to 512 KiB to preserve more console history for debugging.
