meta-ieisystem: nf5280m7: fix FRU YAML for meson
The bbappend feeds the FRU YAML paths to EXTRA_OECONF as YAML_GEN
and PROP_YAML, but phosphor-ipmi-fru is a meson recipe now.
EXTRA_OECONF is ignored, so nf5280m7-ipmi-fru.yaml is never used, and
the daemon runs with the example FRU configuration.
Use IPMI_FRU_YAML and IPMI_FRU_PROP_YAML, and drop the stray colon in
the DEPENDS append
