meta-openpower: Fix branch parameter quoting in SRC_URI
The branch parameter in SRC_URI was incorrectly quoted as branch="main"
instead of branch=main. This caused BitBake's git fetcher to look for a
branch literally named "main" (with quotes) rather than the actual main
branch, resulting in "Unable to find revision" errors during fetch.
