meta-facebook: anacapa: Add more NIC PLDM sensors support
Description:
1. Add VR/board/OSFP temperature, VR/ASIC power, and VR Vin/ASIC
voltage sensors for NIC device.
2. Preserve EID slot index in setup_eid() when SetupEndpoint fails,
so sensor index stays aligned with the NIC index.
Tested:
Verify the sensor readings fetched from Redfish.
