meta-facebook: meta-ventura2: plat-svc: dynamically detect NCSI interface
Update the `ncsi-state` script to dynamically determine the network
interface name instead of hardcoding it to "eth1".
Utilizing the stable sysfs platform path
(`/sys/bus/platform/devices/1e690000.ethernet/net`) allows the script
to robustly adapt to any future interface renaming.
