meta-nuvoton: evb-npcm845: fix synchronous abort during boot on npcm845
The FDT blob in the FIT image was only 4-byte aligned, causing
an ARMv8 alignment fault when U-Boot accesses 64-bit reserved
memory entries during FDT fixup.
The previous fix placed 'UBOOT_MKIMAGE:append:npcm8xx = " -E -B 8"'
in linux-nuvoton.inc, but the newer python-based kernel-fit-image.bbclass
treats UBOOT_MKIMAGE as a pure executable path, so appending flags
corrupts the path rather than passing them as arguments.
Introduce a uboot-mkimage-npcm8xx wrapper script that
calls 'uboot-mkimage -E -B 8 "$@"' (-E: external data sections,
-B 8: 8-byte alignment). The wrapper is installed via a
u-boot-tools_%.bbappend (class-native only) and selected by
overriding UBOOT_MKIMAGE:npcm8xx in npcm8xx.inc.
