meta-facebook: santabarbara: move USB UART console logs to /run/log
Logging to /var/log could block while the UBI background thread
(ubi_bgt0d) was running garbage collection, and heavy UART traffic
during that block could overflow the buffer. Move the log path to
/run/log, which lives in memory and avoids the write block.
