meta-facebook: anacapa: monitor thermal events
Monitor thermal GPIO signals and log the corresponding
thermal events for CPU_THERMTRIP_ASSERT and AMC_THERMTRIP_ASSERT.
Tested:
- Triggered CPU_THERMTRIP_ASSERT and verified fault event creation
- Triggered AMC_THERMTRIP_ASSERT and verified fault event creation
- Verified repeated assert does not create duplicate unresolved logs
