meta-nvidia: nvl32-obmc: enable nvidia-gpu
nvl32 hosts NVIDIA GPUs whose telemetry is read by the nvidia-gpu
sensor daemon in dbus-sensors, but the daemon is disabled by default,
so the image ships without it. Enable it for this machine the same
way gb200nvl-obmc already does.
Tested: Built nvl32-obmc and confirmed nvidiagpusensor is built and
installed in the image.
