meta-facebook: yosemite4: Add DIMM inventory settings objects
Add settingsd YAML to pre-create DIMM inventory D-Bus objects per host
slot. Each object exposes Inventory.Item.Dimm, Decorator.Asset, and
Association.Definitions interfaces for recording DIMM information.
Sentinel Dome host DIMMs: 12 objects per slot (A0-A11). Wailua Falls CXL
DIMMs: 8 objects per slot (MCIO4/MCIO3 A1/A0/B1/B0, present in slots
with Sentinel Dome T2 board config only).
The Association.Definitions interface provides contained_by/containing
associations between DIMM objects and the System board, enabling bmcweb
multi-host Redfish Memory endpoint discovery [1][2]. Its Associations
property type (array[struct[string,string,string]]) requires cereal
tuple serialization support in phosphor-settingsd [3].
