meta-facebook: mctp: switch to mctpd recipe
Upstream split the mctp recipe into two pieces:
* mctp - Tools for managing MCTP
* mctpd - The daemon
In almost all cases our bbappend files are related to the daemon aspect,
so rename the bbappend file accordingly. Add RDEPENDS, if necessary,
when the mctpd service modifications rely on mctp tooling.
