meta-facebook: ventura2: recover SGPIO output pin states after reboot
Some SGPIO pins are used for water valve control. Because of this, the
previous GPIO output states must be restored after a reboot or hot-swap.
The FPGA keeps the SGPIO output states, and they are reloaded through
I2C during system startup.
Setting SGPIO_REG_VALID to 0b0101 causes the FPGA to apply the SGPIO
output settings.
