meta-facebook: sanmiguel: update FruDevice blacklist
Due to HMC using a virtual-mux mechanism to bridge HMC-managed FRU
devices to i2c-90, remove the previous HMC and HPM EEPROM addresses
from the blacklist and instead add i2c-90 into the blacklist
configuration to restrict FRU scanning to selected addresses only.
Allowed FRU scan addresses on i2c-90:
- 90-0050: HPM0
- 90-0051: HPM1
- 90-0052: HMC
- 90-0053: Cable cartridge 0
- 90-0054: Cable cartridge 1
- 90-0055: Cable cartridge 2
- 90-0056: Cable cartridge 3
