meta-facebook: yosemite5: fix warm reboot dependencies
On YV5, warm reboot performs a graceful reboot while force warm reboot
performs a power reset.
The current dependency causes the power reset action to be triggered
when warm reboot starts, preventing the host from performing a graceful
reboot correctly.
Update the dependency to ensure warm reboot follows the expected
graceful reboot flow.
