meta-aspeed: remove 'git@' user from URIs
We are already using https endpoints for all URI fetches. I've seen
some Jenkins jobs start to fail fetching packages that have this `git@`
prefix in the URI. That prefix was probably left from when git or ssh
access was preferred instead of anonymous https. It's possible that
github is rolling out something that fails if we do user-based but
password-less access attempts to the https endpoints.
