meta-ieisystem: fp5280g3: fix FRU YAML for meson
phosphor-ipmi-fru migrated to meson and uses IPMI_FRU_YAML and
IPMI_FRU_PROP_YAML instead of autotools variables. The old
EXTRA_OECONF settings were ignored, causing the daemon to fall back
to the default example configuration and report incorrect FRU values.
Switch to the new variables to correctly supply the board-specific
YAML. Also fix a stray colon in the DEPENDS assignment.
