meta-facebook: anacapa: Check mux presence before binding
The PCA9546 mux is only populated on T16 bridge boards. Probe the
device before binding the driver so that the same script can run on
both T16 and T20 systems without triggering binding failures.
Tested: power cycle host, and check dmesg without binding fail.
