bmcweb: Add PACKAGECONFIG for redfish-allow-rotational-fans
New option redfish-allow-rotational-fans has been added to bmcweb to
convert rotational fans to percent basis. This correctly follows the
Redfish schema definitions.[1]
Added redfish-allow-rotational-fans to default package list for bmcweb
builds to match the default enabled state in the bmcweb repo.
Tested:
- Confirmed with bitbake -e the option is enabled when building bmcweb
when the bmcweb recipe has not specified this package.
- Confirmed with bitbake -e the option is disabled when building bmcweb
when the bmcweb recipe has removed this package.
