meta-facebook: ventura2: enable DUID-LL reconfig for both eth0 and eth1
Set `FB_ETH_INTF` to include both "eth0" and "eth1" in the machine
configuration.
This ensures that the `reconfig-interface-duid-ll` systemd service
is instantiated for both the fixed NIC (eth0) and the NC-SI NIC (eth1).
By doing so, both interfaces will successfully force their DUIDType
to 'link-layer', allowing them to obtain DHCPv6 addresses consistently
even after a factory reset.
