meta-phosphor: remove duplicate default includes
We started getting the following warnings:
```
WARNING: Duplicate inclusion for .../meta/conf/distro/include/no-static-libs.inc in .../meta/conf/distro/defaultsetup.conf
WARNING: Duplicate inclusion for .../meta/conf/distro/include/security_flags.inc in .../meta/conf/distro/defaultsetup.conf
WARNING: Duplicate inclusion for .../meta/conf/distro/include/yocto-uninative.inc in .../meta/conf/distro/defaultsetup.conf
```
The file `defaultsetup.conf` already includes these and is pulled in
by the default `bitbake.conf`. Drop them from meta-phosphor as they
are duplicate.
