meta-google: ncsid: fix SYSTEMD_SERVICE usage
systemd.bbclass now requires that template services listed in
SYSTEMD_SERVICE have arguments. The recipe doesn't currently
specify any template arguments, so I guessed at an appropriate
one (eth0) and implemented accordingly.
