meta-facebook: anacapa: Extend FRU rescan GPIO coverage
Add additional removable FRU presence GPIOs to trigger the
FruDevice ReScanBus flow on presence changes.
Tested:
- Verified presence GPIO transitions trigger rescan-fru-device@.service.
- Verified the FruDevice object is removed after hot-unplug and
restored after hot-plug.
