meta-phosphor: workaround buildpath issues with LTO
openembedded-core recently removed a global linker flag[1] to
send the options that strip build paths. This caused numerous
build failures for us due to our use of `b_lto` on all meson
packages by default.
This has been reported upstream[2] but, while that is being resolved,
add a local fix.
