meta-aspeed: u-boot-aspeed-sdk_2019.04: adjust UBOOT_ENV variables
There is some new behavior in `u-boot.inc` that expects if `UBOOT_ENV`
is set that the file is a raw file to install. We override this
behavior anyhow by building an environment image with `mkenvimage`
in the `do_compile` phase. Change the variable to `UBOOT_ENV_SRC` from
`UBOOT_ENV_TXT` so that `u-boot.inc` finds the file, initially copies
it raw, and then the `do_compile:append` replaces it with a real image.
