meta-phosphor: disable unused DISTRO_FEATURES
OpenEmbedded[1] enabled a number of distro features that are for
graphical environments. Disable those by default, since they're
unlikely to be used on OpenBMC, through the variable
DISTRO_FEATURES_BACKFILLED_CONSIDER. If someone explicitly wants them,
they can still be enabled through DISTRO_FEATURES.
