meta-nvidia: Add Deepak as co-owner
I'd like to co-maintain Nvidia platforms, per the Platform
Maintainer requirements:
- Member for 12+ months: my first meta-nvidia merged in April 2025.
- Authored changes in meta-nvidia covering MCTP, sensors, FW update
and platform-init fixes.
- Reviewed 15+ meta-nvidia changes authored by others.
- Existing maintainer of openbmc/pldm.
- Work on NVIDIA platforms and have access to them for testing.
