meta-ibm: Add override to console service
In multi-bmc environment obmc console log file is synced between bmcs
which causes a conflict due to same name hence append the bmc position
in the log file name so that each bmc has distinct log file name.
Tested: Tested on multi-bmc environment to make sure that correct
position value is added in the log file name.
