meta-facebook: ventura2: Forward power-good signals from BMC to CPLD
Due to EVT pin limitations, some power-good signals are routed to the
BMC. Forward these signals back to the CPLD so it can handle the related
logic.
PVT routes these signals to the CPLD directly, but keep the forwarding
code and gpiomon config for EVT compatibility.
