meta-facebook: yosemite5: fix fan policy D-Bus paths
Update D-Bus object paths in the fan fault and missing policy
configurations to reflect the recent sensor name change, which
added the "PDB_" prefix (e.g., FAN0 -> PDB_FAN0).
