meta-facebook: rainiera7: Add IO events
Summary:
Add event handling for several I/O devices, including VR, DIMM,
SCM board, and NIC events.
When an I/O event is triggered, the device notifies the CPLD via
SGPIO. The BMC then receives the signal from the CPLD and logs the
event.
The BMC logs the event only when the corresponding I/O event is
triggered.
Tested:
- Build: Passed
- Tested on Yv5 T11: Passed
Use physical hardware to check these SGPIO statuses.
