meta-google: gbmc-bridge: Decouple early IP set from RWFS and persist on completion
Avoid writing /var/google/gbmc-br-ip during the initial DHCP bound phase
to prevent ENOSPC failures when RWFS is full.
Persist the primary IP to RWFS via gbmc_net_unmask_and_write once all
dhcp step hooks and RWFS purge have run.
