meta-nvidia: add vr-nvl-obmc
NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL (VR-NVL) is a platform based on the Aspeed AST2600 BMC. This initial meta layer allows building obmc-phosphor-image for vr-nvl-obmc. The U-Boot device tree has landed in the OpenBMC U-Boot tree and is selected by this layer. The kernel device tree is still under review, so the image uses the ast2600-evb device tree for initial BMC bringup until the VR-NVL device tree lands. Verified BMC boot. Change-Id: I530e29d91490d2dbe06cbdc0d0385c892baac423 Signed-off-by: Jacky Huang <jackyhuang@nvidia.com>
